Ice report: the gate on the old crit loop by the K9 shack is closed and the pedestrian pass through is solid ice, the bottom of the biggest hill on the north side where water pools ice all the way across, and the park in Mt. Washington the other side of the bridge over Northern Pkwy is a giant field of ice. 
Otherwise: delightful! Did all my favorite bits of Druid Hill Park, Wyndhurst, the switchback on Keswick, Bellemore and Lake. 
Of course  car was parked in the bike lane by RPCS. I always 311 and they never do anything.
