Cool and overcast with light drizzle. Trails moist probably from the night. East-to-west, started where the fenced off trail intersects the road per prior FKT precedence and rules. Wasted 10-15 min and >1K getting lost and backtracking from bad navigation and GPS. Most atrociously took a 5 minute detour with at late left at Garden Road up to the LRC Tennis Courts. Path has some hazardous bits without sidewalks shared with vehicular traffic. Tempo effort, probably last long run before SCHK Half Marathon. Brought 250ml sports drink, phone, and a GU in pockets. Unsupported, refilled bottle at Wong Nai Chung bathroom tap. Mild stitches at 12.5K, calf getting crampy at last uphill, with 3K to go.
