Woke up this morning to lots is messages telling me my Instagram has been hacked.
To be honest the only time I don’t feel like I’m stressing out is when I’m running.
Properly thrown off my game.

I don’t believe it’s a targeted attack on me, it’s just the hacking at the moment is really bad. I’m securing my stuff as best as possible and please do so yourself too.

Down.. but not out!

We’re at the last 10k of the marathon mark right now. I’m hurting like hell but it’s the business part, the part that counts!!

I’ve got Google and YouTube working on it behind the scenes. 🙏🏻 some incredible people out there!

If I channel this frustration and energy then I’m going to end up on the podium at London marathon ;)
