After easentially just "resting" (ie no real sleep) on the overnight train from DC to JAX, today went pretty well. The first 10 miles out of Jacksonville sucked, but the rest, a mix of nice burbs, trails, long deserted 2 lane roads and about 10 miles of hardpack sand/dirt just enough to make it spicy, was pretty nice. Spectacular weather and a nice smell of pine!
