Another fabulous year of foolishness at BBU! A great turnout with 39 bloopers taking part, and a mighty field too, with 3 people tying the course record of 21 bloops! Wonderful to see Siargey⬜🟥⬜ Pisarchyk who visited us from Atlanta and Matthew Bouyack who came from Columbus to take part in this glorious tradition. Grateful for all my awesome friends who came out to run, cheer, pace, and lend their support to help pull me to a new 24-hour PB and longest run ever. Extra special thanks to Rupesh K who brought coffee and croissant sandwiches, Akshay Sarvesh who delivered me some Egg McMuffins when I couldn't stomach any more gels, Oliver Zhang who regaled me with his extensive birding knowledge to help the miles fly by, and Ruggero Balteri who kept me on pace to close out my final bloop just in time. Congrats to all our courageous competitors — it was a pleasure sharing the bloop with you.
