Tequila Turkey Ride

Brrrr. Foggy too. Attritional ride

Bday boy Mark made the delicious cookies he handed out to Scott, Jeff, TOJeff, Joel, Jeff, Frank, Shaun, Tony, JohnH, FPLarry, David et moi. Chilly start and windy. Larry’s pedal did not work. TOJeff finessed it to good. Mark’s  e-bike would not “e”. Swapped components from JohnH’s bike but no go.  David offered his bike.  Pedals did not match and we had to pedal wrench. So Mark manfully rode his heavy non working e-bike along Sawyer Camp Trail up to Truesdale. Then back to SCTrail to my car and hopped in w bike to get to his car and drop bike off at the shop. Not the ride to SF that we planned. We made the best of it,  rode together, tried to find a  fix, laughed and got home safely. We’ll ride another day. All good .
