Thought I'd throw a little loop in before work. Just to see how bad my legs really are. There's definitely room for improvement, but nowhere near as bad as I thought. Weather was pretty much perfect, shorts and mitts on for the first time this year, still a bit too chilly for just a jersey but could've had arm warmers onnand it would have been fine.

Anyway got some PBs so cant be that bad 💪
