ZONE 2 - THIS FELT GOOD!

Das war mal was... nach 3,5km kam ich zur Bahn, aber der Platz war zu... demotiviert lief ich Richtung Wohnung, hab dann aber noch einen Schlenker zum Jahn-Sport-Park gemacht und mich nach 8,5km
Durchgerungen, den TDL noch anzugehen.

Geplant waren 8km in 3:52-3:55min/km.

Tja, es wurden 10km kn 38:20 - mein bisher 2. schnellster 10er überhaupt! Zur PB fehlt allerdings noch eine gute Minute.

Von der Belastung her würde ich es zwischen 10- und HM Tempo einordnen. Viel mehr ging nicht, aber ich hätte wohl noch ein wenig in dem Tempo laufen können!
