Auch an diesem Relaxsonntag gönnte ich mir eine virtuelle Rennradtour. Also schlüpfte ich in den coolen BDR-Zeitfahranzug mit dem Reißverschluss auf dem Rücken, in dem schon der ehemalige Bahnradsportler und Weltmeister Theo Reinhardt Wettkämpfe bestritt. Die zweite Etappe von „The Zwift Big Spin 2025“ hatte ich im Plan. Dabei galt es, die wellige „Jurassic Coast“-Route zu absolvieren. 😅💦🚲 Im moderatem Tempo war ich unterwegs, legte jedoch auch kurze Sprints zurück. 💨 Nur das Ranking stimmte nicht ganz. Doch egal. 😉 Ausklingen ließ ich dieses kurzweilige Regenerationstraining mit einer Fahrt durch den Dschungel, das italienische Dorf und den Vulkan. 🔥 So war es ein gelungener Sonntagabend in einem genialen Zeitfahranzug, der sich einfach geil beim Pedalieren anfühlt. 😃😋
