20 along the Forth - 4th place 

Well nothing has changed in a year - still hate everything about that course 🥰

Legs had about 10k of decent pace in them at the start before the hills tore them apart, after that it was just survival mode.

I’d be lying if I said the high mileage weeks weren’t taking their toll but, 2 weeks of building left then time to lift off the gas and freshen up for London 🤝
