Not my day today, tough day at the races. Nevertheless there are may positives to take away: we got out fast. Really fast and I didn’t freak out, I didn’t back down. Eventually I blew up a little bit yes, but I kept my composure and at least I was able to maintain. Yes I would have liked to finish quicker, especially because I know I’m way better than that, but I came out here for a hard effort and that’s exactly what I got, the goal is London it’s always been London. Just gotta keep our heads screwed on and buckle down because we got 3 weeks to go. Onward.
