Morning Ride

45 minutes without BKCAT Cycle Circuit flood lights on at tonight's breeze session.... kept us alert!! ...
..but didn't keep strava alert as I must have inadvertently stopped it!... again!!
Just one of those session.....
Go ride coach Ill
1 breeze champ injured
1 breeze champ with slow puncture
No circuit lights topped strava
BUT ... positive out of negative ... 2 new ladies joined us this evening. Fingers crossed, riding in pitch black didn't put them off!!!...

..... until we ride again on 5th March 6-7pm ... ladies come and join us!!!!
