Sent a message before 6 to say I was sick and wouldn't be riding, only to retract it at 6.05. Didn't feel the greatest and had no real power.  But a lot of positives:

- training ride done
- di2 battery lasted
- massive turnout of riders (approx 40!)
- stomach contents intact
- great Ards CC event
