Felt too lethargic yesterday so I skipped the club workout. Wanted to just get the heart rate up today so picked it up for 5 miles out and back in the presidio before cruising the last one home. Windy and grey out but made for nice running weather. The repaved Washington blvd was a nice touch. Didn’t have to watch my footing anymore. Removing any expectations for this 10k on Sunday since I know I have lost some decent fitness in the past 4 weeks but it will be good to just run hard for 30+ ish minutes. 

This felt both comfortable and uncomfortable. Still struggling to eat enough and rest enough but trending upwards from last week.
