STOKED.

Breaky: Coffee, Bircher bowl (overnight oats) w/ plenty of health and maple syrup, banana, half an avocado, swig of maple syrup for good measure and a small bottle of skratch plus water.
Pre race: two watermelon GU chomps, half a chia and catch me Picky bar, sipping on lemon lime skratch.
Race: 21oz bottle skratch on first 8mi loop, another skratch bottle and two more GU electrolyte drink bottle fills at aid stations, four salted watermelon Clif shot bloks throughout race randomly, 1 caffeinated GU, 2 GU salt tabs. Wobbly on feet, dizzy at times. On the verge of serious bonk. Cramped like hell when climbing Goat Hill. 
Post race: plenty of sips and swigs of Sombra Mezcal!!
