Accidental FKT

Forecast looked rainy & snowy, so started out in leggings & layers. Couple miles in I almost died of a heat stroke, so took a break to de-layer. Then another brief break in Dole at the NP entrance station. Other than that, kept it pretty chill, power hiking a lot of the uphills, but keeping it consistent. Satisfied with time considering this was faster than the women’s downhill time, but goes faster. Made it into Gokyo right before the weather rolled in. Now for a nice relaxing night at the resort 😌 before running back down tomorrow.
