Wesley wanted to get out to run the entire IFTR course and I was itching to run hard as well as see any blow downs on the course so we decided to put a plan in place to run all the original IFTR segments. There are 4 uphill segments plus the out and back segment.  I decided to make a couple downhill segments for the IFTR course as well. 

The conditions were perfect and I felt great so was loving running fast. Came away with all 5 segments that we went for. The most fun was the out and back segment. I couldn’t imagine doing it at CR pace after racing the previous 10 miles hard. Props to Andrew for that fast time. Makes me realize how hard these guys have been running in precious IFTR years.
