Well, what a beast of a ride but an absolute cracker too as the Lake District put its Sunday best on today. The hills are so steep even the “normal” ones. As for the signature Hardknott and Wrynose passes, I’d be happy to never have to point a bike at them again, just brutal.  And definitely not with my Venge. Why oh why did I leave my Litespeed with its 34-34 gearing at home 🤔
