First totally pain free ride. Nice to actually ride the bike hod it should be ridden. A couple of creepers chucked in to test the knee and alls good.

Super steady with a steady ramped effort up Petite KoM. Legs tired but thankfully no pain
Another steady hour.
At last. First pain free ride in 3 weeks. Knee is a little sore but that’s to be expected. Super happy.
