Back to Hereford, maybe a bit too soon

Three high-intensity days in a row clearly too much! Six out. Took turns to Usk but completely dead by then. Yo-yo'd off the back all the way to Raglan, where the hill to the junction finished me off and I ground to a halt.

Went for a nice ride through the back lanes instead! ☺️ Rediscovered my mojo on some nice long gradual climbs.
