Only way I’m going to get out of bed on time is if it’s for a bike ride
Now time for revision and trying not to get fomo from not being at BUCs
Tried out around 110g/hr of carbs, not too bad, just need to be able to sustain that for longer periods of time. 
Gut training last couple of weeks seemingly doing its thing ( happy coincidence that GCN video came out yesterday)
