100 km ride/race in and around Malmö. Managed to hang on to the lead group for about 10 minutes while my pulse was at 97% of max, finally dropped back into a more appropriate group where I was only at 93% of max pulse for what seemed like an hour. The pace was fast and I was sure I was going to get dropped, but after an hour and a half things settled down and most of us in the group finished together. The only negatives were that hundreds of people got lost and missed turns to do poor signs and directions, but we made it home in one piece.
