I rarely come to this beautiful little town — Cobh — but every time I do, it’s a test. A way to see where I’ve grown stronger, and where I’m still falling short.

I love sharp gradients — especially when they come back-to-back. It’s not just a physical effort, it’s that deep leg burn that instantly reveals everything: where the work is paying off, and where it’s not. A true self-check.
