3/64. Not bad considering significant fatigue in legs going into today, no turbo to speak of at the moment (lack of intensity training), and a darn cold that doesn't want to piss the eff off.

Decent 30m power...and i managed ok on the sprint..but again far from my best there

ZRS up to 730..so no more 570-725 races for me sadly. Ho hum:)
