I’d Settle For a High Elevation Storm

Lake Serene with Claire, Libby, and Evan! We were thinking that we’d just go to Bridal Veil Falls but it was such a gorgeous day we decided to go all the way to the lake. Claire, Libby, and I polar plunged which was fun - water was cold but pleasant. We met a girl named Caroline who was contemplating jumping and I encouraged/peer pressured her to jump with us. Nice to get this one on a day where you could actually see the gorgeous views (unlike last time, when the lake was socked in). Salmonberries were ripe and we feasted on the way down. Feeling so happy to have had such a fun day!
