Lush day out - amended the traditional ‘recommended’ route from London - Brighton to include some quieter roads where bikes could be Kings rather than the rather impatient drivers. Super lovely riding, perhaps need to make one amendment half way to make this a near perfect little country classic - 9/10.

Pericles Café in Sharpthorne gets two vegan thumbs up - great food and the owner even whipped out her Harp and serenaded us as we ate 🎶

Also, turns out olive oil is a great emergency chain lube 👍🏻
