Shot myself in the foot by not staying over last night. Mucho driving and 3.5 hrs sleep, not ideal. My L, will learn for next year. So tired when I arrived, I'm not a coffee drinker, but I had a flat white to perk me up hahaha. Better than yesterday though! More my style with a simple out and back (much harder to take a wrong turn that way lol). Better road surface and flatter, giving us TT bikes more of an advantage over those pesky RBs. John still sub 20 on a RB is bonkers! But then again, that's John for ya. Maintained my third overall in the TT category, think I was 5th overall, as John and Dan still beat me on the aggregate. Oh yeah, time keeper said I had the best timing of the day, arrived 90 secs before my start time, little wins. Left leg development, Hamstring may be weak. Have pulled it running in past, so possibly lingering from that. Notice it starts to tighten up during last 3/4 TTs, and that's likely where the power loss is coming from (L:R imbalance). Hammer more unilateral work I guess, I ain't escaping the doms just yet.
