Race report (maybe) incoming, but for now, the most important thing is that it was the adventure I needed with some of the best people I know. Alana Matyas-Brower, Ashley Harris, Nikki Harvey, Sam Lampe, Colin Eden, and Bill Dodge helped prove that extreme ultra endurance running is, in fact, best conducted as a team sport. Joseph Farr also deserves a major shout out for keeping me from falling apart over the past year. And my coach, Nickademus de la Rosa has been an integral part of my becoming a better runner, both physically and mentally. Couldn’t have done it without all ofthem.
