Afternoon Run

First 6+ mile run since April 13th.
Pace held well the first 4 miles. Knee felt pretty good the whole run. Felt it (about a 1-2) in mile 2 but didn’t feel it much after that. Pretty stiff and sore after the run (3ish) even with the stretching.

Hoping to not be in pain tomorrow. And hoping to get back to running 6 days a week soon.
