Testing the Weekly Plan

•Moving time wrong, more like 11:20:00... Idk why it only counts like 2mph or more as moving and anything less as paused even though it runs the whole time.
•Went back up Bond Cliff Trail about a quarter mile in one section to look for an undershirt I dropped without realizing. No luck. Whatever though.
•More unfortunately, that back track in my route resulted in Strava not counting my attempt in the official segment. Lowest blow.
•Nutrition: (3) Fruit Smoothie Honey Stinger Energy Gels, (3) Zest Delights Fruit Leather (strawberry, plum, peach), (1) Kars Sweet and Spicy Mix Nuts, (2) clifbars (white chocolate macadamia nut, Chocolate chip), (5ish) bottles of water (1 1/2 with LMNT Orange Citrus)
