Strength

Rest of the "long" run once I reset my watch. And here I though I was doing good, this hasn't happened in months. As for the run, I've had better. Anyone looking close, or seeing all my posts, will notice that I didn't actually run all the way home. 

Legs didn't feel too bad to start, that changed around 3 miles. Kept, or at least tried to keep, the pace relaxed and that ended up being about 6:45/mile. Fatigue was most definitely there from yesterday, and the blister on my heel has gotten bigger. Was considering stopping at some point until my watch froze which gave me a nice breather. Unfortunately, that didn't do a whole lot for me. The hill up Ferry Rd was tough, and then I took a short breather after turning onto Allds with about two miles to go. 

12.5 still isn't too bad, especially when considering I was only planning on about 13 on the day. Still have over 65 on the week now which is a good start as this is technically the end of week one of my training plan for Sydney. Should probably write the rest of that plan and figure what exactly I want to do for workouts, but I'm going crazy, not looking to PR, but you never know what'll happen on race day. Really just gotta get there in one piece.
