And all I got was a moderate case of dehydration, the first handful of blueberries of 2025 and two gnarly long sliding falls. 

Shoutout Matt Cheney for setting the previous record, not convinced my pace was actually faster, just turned around at the trail heads versus going all the way to road. Felt great until the bald peak section, took a bad fall, slowed down, started getting heat fatigue and a bit dehydrated. Guess it’s time to bring more than a liter of water and two gels for these longer efforts. Really fun regardless.
