Easy road jog with the king of the road. Then he forced me to do 8 x 30sec hill sprints.

Faffing

Same today as yesterday. Started fine but was dizzy, hungry, sleepy and slow within the first 500m. I was able to quickly put down 500-600 calories and mostly break out of it within 40 minutes. But still not ideal.
