400キロは走りきれる気がしないため南陽でやのっちと一緒に離脱して山方面に。暑さにやられ山形蔵王は休憩しながら登る感じになったけど、昨日受けたフィッティングの効果を実感できたライドになりました。
パワーのかけ方がスムーズ(？)になった、後ろからパスされた時に反応して踏みなおすのもスムーズになった。暑さでやられはしたけど200キロ過ぎてからの峠でも4倍で踏めた。
フォームの定着と身体を慣らすのにまだかかるとは思うけど、受けてよかったと思える。
