Amazing how badly mother nature can fuck up these trails in 2 months. So many blowdowns coming down Huff, one massive one heading up to SOB that makes you have to climb up a ledge on your stomach, and endless stinging nettle on both descents. Miss the days of not having red, itchy legs after a trail run. Also accidentally crashed the Sproul 10K party, genuinely forgot that was today 😆

Oh well, Eastern States training is in full swing 🤘🍻
