Morning Workout

First forgot to put on strava so turned it on 1/2 way.  Home stretch went through a tight gate hit the throttle and crashed stylishly into some  inconsidierate stationary roadside objects...Im now the proud owner of a calf haematoma, impressive hip graze with bruising and  fractured pride.  My bike smashed its power contol thingamig absolutely on purpose and has gone to hell where it belongs.  I am going to get my bike repaired...for Ride 2.  Cant wait to see what the demonic thing does next.  26 kms there and back with last 1.5kms in the car.  Yes I was that close to home.
