Figured I should run at least 1 hill over the past month to prep for the Tungsten Cup 😂😂😭

Hamstring pulled up lame with about 0.25 left. Ugh. It would’ve been close but I think I would’ve been able to go sub-5. 🤷‍♂️ Felt like a cramp in the moment but now not so sure.  Regardless, great times with the crew!!!
