Took 4 zeroes to heal my (probably inflamed) gut. Bloodwork was good, doctor doesn’t think it’s a wee beastie, probably just inflammation from over exertion as the climbs get steeper and the temps get hotter. This has been my longest break from exercise in 10+ years. 

Crossed the state line into NH today! (I want to know who routed the AT to walk almost 4 miles on roads, my bladder is not that big) Got a free cookie in Hanover. Now gonna do some miles out of order due to non-refundable lodging reservations in the white mountains that were made before I fell ill. Let’s hope for solid poos in New Hampshire!! 💩
