Carrying 20 pounds on your back is hard! Michael could have dropped me so easily on this one. 
Virginia Lakes>VL Pass>Summit Pass>Benson Pass>Volunteer Peak>Rogers Lake>SLEEP>Pettit>retrace steps back 😅. 
Very cool to get this far back into Yosemite! 

It is definitely prime time Mosquito season in the High Sierra. Straight maddening. 

Need to reconsider shoes. Really liking the Slab Genesis spine as a Mt shoe but my feet were wet for two days bc they don’t dry out fast & they make my feet sweat. Not a great combo on big days.
