Decent little something this afternoon. I hesitate to call it a light workout, but really only had run quicker for a little over a mile. That being said, 500m nearly all out was not fun, but I got the job done. Maybe Colin Doyle will think twice before taking any more of my segments, probably not though. Was considering a third, but given how not great I felt on the first one and knowing the third one would have to be quicker than the first while also being a half mile longer, decided against it. And while I appreciated the cooler temps, it would have been nice if the humidity wasn't so high.

Also, someone yelled something to me on Coliseum during the segment. Not sure who it was, if I know them, or what they said. Everything was kind of a blur for those 77 seconds. 63s 400m though ain't too shabby.
