We spent a whole day traversing the <1mi ridge section between these two peaks. Way more sustained fifth class climbing than we expected, leading us to pitch out a lot of the horizontal, vertical, and down-climbing which made for relatively slow going. 

Good rock and beautiful views, but truly an endless ridge! We decided to drop off the ridge to the lake under Haeckel to camp at the end of the day.
