Still had fatigue in the legs from earlier in the week, wanted to be about for the kids before school and wanted to test a supplement.  

Option on 8x 5 by 1's.  Part of my desire would have been to be on the roads, however Zwift was a better option with all going on.  Legs are emptier than expected so hitting targets was going to be difficult, espeically on rep 6.   There's been research and guidience on heat adaption and using taurine as a supplement to increase perspiration rates and heat clearance which will help in riding in higher temps, so gave it a go.   There's a few weird sensations and drinking cans of Monster at 0600 is just strange.

Completed HITTs, jumped to Pace Bot to ride out the time and distance with some comfort.
