Morning Trail Run

Easy road jog with the king of the road. Then he forced me to do 8 x 30sec hill sprints.

2 nights ago I spent the night at the top of Lemhi Pass, half in Montana, Half in Idaho at the Sacajawea memorial site. What a trip it was getting up there and spending the night under the stars in the full moon. A night and sunrise I won’t soon forget. I’m back down on the Idaho side enjoying the heat and cold rivers.
