Fun push up Chautauqua plus out to the Harrison plane crash and back, chasing the ghost of Kaitlin Crawford on the way up. Palmer lake area is so beautiful and I don’t know why I don’t come out to these trails more often. They’re full of undergrowth, overgrowth, creek crossing, log hopping, branch ducking and all the best parts of trail running. New Kjerag 02s are fire too- tongue is way better than v1, laces better (don’t come untied and are the ones with ridges), foam is better (softer and more of it) and it might even feel lighter despite the extra stack. Upper still amazing as always
