Morning Run

Great day out. Bit hot in the sun ~33°C. Fast track at the start and strong competition turnout. Some nasty scrambling rocks at 80-90kms.
Great sunrise and views from 3,100m (10K feet)
Excuses next (obviously), definitely felt the altitude from about halfway needing to walk all uphills and take a solid 30min sit-down at one of the later aid station as I was feeling horrid.
P.s total gain should be ~3,800M, Garmin ripped me at least 10%! 😡
P.s RIP saucony trail shoes ☠️
