70 mile week!

Despite feeling crappy at the start of this run, I finished relatively strong. This was the same course as four weeks ago, and I was a couple minutes faster.

I ran in the flats I'm planning to use for my marathon - a little discomfort in my right big toe. We'll see how that pans out.



Four water stops. I let the watch run for the first and third, but I had to get in line for the others, so I stopped the clock.
