Week was sorta a dud after Bike Hut and I couldn't get going so early today but felt pretty dialed in and got a few solid beatings in on today's idiotic / very direct route from Lafayette to coffee. I think sub 15 on the silly LKHC version of El Toy is possible on a cooler day with better legs but the vicious KOM pretty untouchable 

Rave reviews for Saint Ollie north's Christian espionage banger. If you love the military and cower before Christ it's apparently a must read
