Afternoon Run

Didn't run for a little bit due to helping build our new deck and studying/getting sleep to retake the ACT. In case you are thinking I'm dumb I promise its not that. I just had to take the ACT after a week of play preformances, honor choir, and being forced by my friends to stay up till 4 (they litetally tied me up) when I had to be ready to leave by 6:30. Overall though the run was just to get me ready for a full week. I did some work on the rowing machine after the run.
