I really wanted the highlight of this post to be about the effort I gave on the Power Line Trail. 

However, on my way back home about 10 miles away I came across two guys seemingly to be in their teenage years. They were riding side by side taking up the whole path. This path has a striped line lane divider for both way traffic. I stopped pedaling with more than enough time for him to move over single file with his friend. When we started getting closer I began yelling and louder. He just didn’t look up or hear me and ended up panic swerving last second into me and our bikes collided. 

We were both completely fine, but I was frustrated (of course). I did a quick bike inspection and I thought all was good. We both went on our ways. However when I got home and realized my back wheel is crunched. :(

Just want to share this story and serves as a good reminder to myself that one can never expect someone to see you.
