Longest Treadmill in like 4 years.

Definitely not the time I was hoping for l, but given that hilly course (oof!) and the extra .1 of a mile (not fun) I am pleased that finished in a time of 1:51. Was a minute under sub-8 pace after the first four miles, lost that cushion in the next two, held on through the hills for the next four and then lost over a minute per mile in the last 5k. 
But no knee pain and the comeback has begun. Thanks, everyone, for your cheers. More to come soon.
